An A Rating is the highest and G Rating is the lowest in terms of operational efficiency.We needed to buy a refrigerator so went to Best Buy and purchased a Samsung RS2530BBP. and within 3 months we had a problem with it. Icemaker stopped working and the freezer began to get warm and defrost. Called Samsung and they sent out a repairman who said ice built up on the fan, and said he fixed the prob and left. Worked about another 6 months and the same problem occured. Repair worker came out and this time said it was a fan/compressor issue, still under warrienty, said he fixed it but again within 6 months another problem occuring. Now it has been only 2 years and more problems.
<b>Can anybody help me with the details to make a consumer complaint?</b></br>I have a few days back bought a Plasma 42 inch TV and a 400Lt's refrigerator, both Samsung brand. the but the dealer is acting funny. he has given both showroom pieces ans there are scratches and dents on the fridge.... he said he will replace it but says now I cant help as I don't have a piece(its already 20 days) the tv had a problem of blanking out which was replaced with a lot of trouble. he seems tobe trying to save on phone calls too.... can you believe giving missed calls to customers!!!!!. even the DVD players coming free with it, he tells us the samsung player isn't good and gave us a old onida player which we later exchanged. We are fed up with his cheap tactics and want to launch a complaint against him. after spending close to a lakh, we have no satisfaction and he is so rude and highhanded that we must speak up against such attitude lest all will suffer because of such people.
